2009 News
DISPOSABLE HEROES + HALLOWEEN = ONE MEMORABLE SHOW
It's not often Disposable Heroes play a show on Halloween so this was definitely a night to remember. The guys returned to their home away from home in Canmore Ab and played a show for a packed house of the undead. This was definitely not your ordinary DH show! In fact it was hard to say for sure if it was truly even Ryan and Kerry up on the stage for this one. It possibly could have been a Mr Simmons on stage as there was a large amount of blood spewing at one point.
The guys played a set of tunes more than appropriate on this night with songs like Devil's Dance, The Thing That Should Not Be and The Small Hours being played for the first time in eons. The guys threw some Iron Maiden into the mix with Phantom of the Opera, one of the tunes from their recent trek with Paul Di'Anno. There even was some Slayer thrown at the masses with the classic Seasons in the Abyss.

In other DH news, the often rumored original tunes are being worked on as you read this so look for them to see the light of day in the not too distant future.

DISPOSABLE HEROES CONCLUDE TOUR WITH PAUL DI'ANNO
The DH boys had a blast playing the shows with Paul and look forward to playing with him again in the not too distant future. Disposable Heroes had a great time playing the killer music Paul has written over the years. Paul has some of the most dedicated fans we've seen (we have some pretty dedicated ones ourselves) and it was an honor to play this stuff for you guys.
Be sure to check out the tour page for detailed listings of each show, set lists and pics.
DISPOSABLE HEROES GO OUT WITH A LOUD BANG ON LAST SHOW WITH PAUL DI'ANNO
They say all good things must come to an end. The Disposable Heroes with Paul Di'Anno tour unfortunately also had to come to an end... but what an ending! The guys had been hoping to play in Grande Prairie Alberta for some time so when they finally took the stage on Friday night the guys were in fine form. They played an opening set that kicked some very serious ass from start to finish and the sold out crowd were beyond appreciative. This was another high point of the tour with Di'Anno. The whole opening set was amazing and the guys had very big smiles on their faces afterward.
The set with Di'Anno was arguably as intense and high energy as any other on the tour. The band and Paul were firing on all cylinders at this point so it's too bad this was the end of the tour. Paul and DH have some very loyal fans and they were treated to a great set that won't soon be forgotten. This tour ended just as it was really starting to take off, but look for a repeat performance sometime in the not too distant future.

DISPOSABLE HEROES RETURN TO DAWSON CREEK WITH PAUL DI'ANNO
It had been a while since Disposable Heroes had played in Dawson Creek B.C., ... and it likely will be a very long while before they return there. As always, the DH boys showed up and meant business, unfortunately the town of DC missed the memo. Not sure what it is about DC but unfortunately the crowd that turned up on this night was less than memorable. Those that did show up to see this show were treated to a another great DH & Di'Anno show.

DISPOSABLE HEROES AND DI'ANNO ROLL INTO EDMONTON
It'd been a while since Disposable Heroes had played in Edmonton Alberta so the guys decided to not only play there themselves but to bring their new friend Paul Di'Anno along for good measure. The guys played the venerable old Starlite Room this time out. Very cool room, cool atmosphere and even better crowd.
This was the fourth show that DH played with Paul so things were clicking big time which showed in a show that kicked some major tail. Local band Order of Chaos kicked off the festivities with a great opening set. If you haven't checked them out yet then do! Great band!
As always the guys had a Killer time playing Edmonton and sharing the stage with Di'Anno only made that better. Check out the pics below or for even more pics of the show click HERE.

DISPOSABLE HEROES AND DI'ANNO STEAM INTO BANFF
After a stormy and intense night in Calgary, the DH boys and Paul Di'Anno rolled into the beautifull town of Banff Alberta. The mood was again intense but the boys were in a good mood on this night and it showed in a set that was amazing from start to finish. DH opened things off once again with a high energy, blistering set of Met tunes highlighted by the classics Sanitarium and So What.
The set with Paul Di'Anno was arguably the best of the short tour. This was the third show and things clicked in a big way. The entire set was a highlight and it was very clear the DH boys and Paul had a great time. DH tore into all the tunes with a ferocity not often seen and Paul sang his ass off. Amazing show!

DISPOSABLE HEROES AND DI'ANNO BLOW UP IN CALGARY
The guys kicked the show off with a blistering set for the crowd on hand. The guys meant business and kicked some tail in the short set. The highlight from this one was definitely DM tune All Nightmare Long.
The set with Paul Di'Anno was intense, to say the least. DH and Di'Anno were still adjusting to each other but there was no lack of intensity. Highlight from the second set had to be The Beast Arises. This was the second show in the short tour and the ball started to really get rolling after this one.

DISPOSABLE HEROES KICK OFF TOUR IN RED DEER
Disposable Heroes started their tour with Paul Di'Anno in Red Deer Alberta with a show to remember. The guys were chomping at the bit to tear into the tunes with Paul and it showed. The guys started things off with a set of Met tunes and then followed up with their set with Paul. The show kicked ass from start to finish and the sold out crowd on hand showed their appreciation by being almost as loud as the band.
